世界料理サミットというイベントを裏から覗いた。各国の有名シェフが勢揃いするからと、農水省や地方の自治体などが日本の食材や食文化を紹介しているブースがあって、賑やかだ。
それにしても、料理のデモを見るだけで、数万円もするチケットが売れる（完売だそうだ）のだから、料理というものの文化やエンターテイメント性が求められているのだと、再確認する。
惣菜や外食の売り場にも、こういう料理のエンターテイメント、躍動感のようなものが必要なんだろうな。
~World Summit of Gastronomy~ The famous cheffs have come to this summit inTokyo to demonstrate their special and professional cooking skill. Next to the event hall, many kinds
of traditional Japanese food are introduced for the cheff from al over the wolrd.
Anyway, the entrance fee to look at the demonstration of cooking is 30 thousand yen for three days. Such expensive tickets were sold out, that makes me to realize significant culture and entertainment of cooking, gastronomy.
And also stores of deli-souzai or restaurants have to bear such kinds of entertaiment and excitement.
